Welcome to The Body Bakery Tanning. By booking a service or making a purchase through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments are confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your session.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened services to accommodate the next client.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session payment.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of billing error or service cancellation by Body Bakery.
3. Gift Cards & Packages
- Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.
- Expiration dates (if applicable) are stated at the time of purchase.
4. Health & Safety
- Guests must follow all safety and sanitation guidelines during their visit.
- Please inform your tanning specialist of any skin sensitivities, conditions, or allergies before service.
- The Body Bakery Tanning reserves the right to refuse service if health or safety concerns arise.
5. Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge that tanning results vary per individual and that The Body Bakery Tanning is not responsible for adverse skin reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities or non-compliance with pre/post-tan care instructions.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
